Classic timber frame is blended with modern urban comforts in this home for a very “West Coast” hybrid timberframe look. The overall craftsman style creates a very comfortable ambiance, but the timber details borrow some classic Greene and Greene architectural styling that makes the overall appearance very unique.
Heavy West Coast Douglas Fir timbers blend beautifully with the conventional framing throughout the house to give the feeling of timber frame, but broken up with some cleaner lines and wall finishes. The overall effect is breathtaking.
